Our business is reliant on us earning the trust of dentists who want to sell their dental practice(s).  It is the vendors who create the business transaction which is the lifeblood of our business.

In my opinion, all vendors need to trust their chosen broker, but at the same time feel valued for the business opportunity they are bringing.

This is how one of our clients assessed another provider they made contact with.

‘Initially took 2 weeks to answer my first enquiry to book a valuation.  Then took 10 days to get back, missed 3 promised deadlines, and needed 6 calls to clarify points.  Then used the turnover figure of 201* which was wrong by £300K.  Comprehensive report.  However, I’d never dream of using them.’

We work hard to ensure our clients are valued and appreciated.  If you are not feeling the love then you may well not be talking to the people best suited to you.
