I wanted to sell my dental practice, but I did not want to retire from dentistry altogether. Two of my most cherished clients are Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and Saracens Rugby Club. Helen knew what I was looking for and did not send me any unsuitable purchasers.

Helen’s attention to detail, continuous re assurance and cajoling (possibly aided by the fact that her husband is a Spurs supporter, too) was fantastic and I cannot recommend ‘Lily Head Dental Practice Sales’ more highly.

Lily Head acted for me in the recent sale of my practice and I have no reservation in giving this recommendation. Lily was one of four agents employed by myself for this sale. The first one took two months to even get me on their website and offered no service and no feedback was ever given on the clients viewing. One never sent anybody, one took £800 for a practice evaluation in November 2010 of which I still wait for. He was always getting around to it. Lily however, took time to talk to myself and find out exactly what type of practice I had and also was able to provide me with details of any potential buyers and ensured that only quality buyers viewed my practice and sieved out any tyre kickers. Her feedback was always very prompt and detailed. When the buyer did decide to proceed she ensured that the Heads of terms were drawn up immediately and checked at all times with myself and the buyer that everything was completed efficiently. Like any sale there were the inevitable hiccups when solicitors are involved. Whenever difficulties were encountered I only had to phone lily and she phoned all the relevant parties to get things moving again. At all stages Lily has acted with integrity and absolute professionalism and ensured that she knew each party involved and acted in the interests of the sale at all times. She was a delight to work with and instilled confidence in both parties at all times. She showed an interest in the sale which was missing from the other agents as they seemed only interested in a fee and it was a pleasure to deal with Lily as an agent and I which her every success with her agency and would strongly recommend her to any future seller.
